At Corpus Bau you won’t find a changing cast of subcontractors – just our own people. Roofers with our own master roofer, insulation, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, tilers and floor layers, scaffolding and our own materials purchasing. On top of that, two engineers and two architects who are involved in the planning from the very first site survey. So responsibility stays in one pair of hands: one contact, one schedule, one result.

Our focus is full renovation and insulation. If you wish, we can also take on the entire project – from the first site survey to turnkey handover.

Trades
At Corpus Bau, the key trades of a renovation are our own employees. That means short lines of communication, clear responsibility and a construction process that we control ourselves.
We install heating systems with established specialist partners.
Planning
In a renovation, everything is connected: a new floor plan affects the structure, insulation affects the roof junctions, new bathrooms affect the pipework. With us, architects, engineers and site management work in the same company. Questions that come up between the drawing board and the building site are settled internally and directly. You get a design that is matched to the construction from day one – and construction that sticks to the design.
Process
We visit your property, take measurements, check its condition and discuss your goals.
You receive a transparent written quote covering all services, broken down by trade, together with a construction schedule.
Our site management coordinates all trades according to the construction schedule and keeps you regularly informed about progress in “My Project”.
Finally, we walk through the property together and hand it over to you turnkey.

For every project we set up a dedicated, protected project page. There you can see at any time where your renovation stands:
You don’t need to be on site to stay informed – whether you live nearby, let the property or have inherited the house and live further away.
Funding
The German state subsidises insulation and energy-efficient renovation. We’ll work out together which route suits your house when we visit.
Whether funding is granted, and how much, depends on the individual case.

About us
Ümit Ünsal has been working on building sites since 2010. In those 16 years he has seen what usually makes building projects fail: not the materials, but the handovers. One trade waits for another, nobody feels responsible, and in the end the client is left looking for the fault among five different companies.
That is why he chose a different path with Corpus Bau. The trades are permanently employed and work hand in hand – from roofing and insulation to ventilation, electrical and plumbing, through to tiling, flooring and scaffolding. Two engineers and two architects are involved in the planning, and materials purchasing is handled in-house.
Corpus Bau is a young business of Corpus Callosum Dienstleistungsgesellschaft mbH from Dortmund. The experience behind it is not. We deliver full renovations and insulation turnkey – and tell you honestly beforehand what is possible and what isn’t.
